With a wealth of experience and expertise, she has consistently driven transformative initiatives within the healthcare sector. Serving as the Nurse Manager of the Observation Unit at Covenant Medical Center, Julie Wright has been involved with several initiatives to improve hospital throughput and address length of stay. Her dynamic leadership was instrumental in the implementation of Providence's pioneering Virtual Nurse Pilot Program, which marked another success for telehealth in nursing. 

Throughout her career, Julie Wright has garnered recognition for her exceptional contributions to healthcare. Her commitment to excellence earned her the prestigious Daisy Award in 2020. Additionally, Julie Wright was awarded the Baylor’s President Award and the Baylor CEO Award of Excellence in 2013, for her contribution in Shared Governance redesign and the creation of a music therapy program, reflecting her unwavering commitment to delivering compassionate and top-notch care to patients and their families. With a track record of exemplary achievements and a Master's in Nursing Administration from the University of Texas, Arlington, Julie Wright continues to be at the forefront of advancing nursing practices and enriching patient experiences.
