This session aims to equip nurses and healthcare professionals with a deeper understanding of the unique health challenges and barriers that LGBTQ+ individuals encounter. Participants will learn about the root causes of these inequalities and explore practical, evidence-based strategies to improve healthcare delivery for LGBTQ+ patients. By fostering a more inclusive and knowledgeable healthcare environment, this talk will empower participants to make a positive impact on the health and well-being of LGBTQ+ individuals, promoting equity and compassion in care practices.
