Pamela Lauer has 17 years of experience working with the Texas Center for Nursing Workforce Studies (TCNWS) on nursing workforce data and projects. She has been responsible for overseeing the TCNWS since January 2013. Through her many years with the nursing workforce center she has worked on projects related to nursing education, Texas nursing workforce supply and demographics, supply and demand projections, nurse employer surveys, and initiatives focused on workplace violence against nurses.
