Kim Carpenter is a global speaker, trainer and the founder of People at the Center, an Executive Coaching and Talent Development Firm leading the movement to bring more humanity into the workplace. Kim specializes in working with leaders and their teams to hone communication skills, make difficult but empowered changes, and develop thriving company cultures that honor the human and boost the bottom line. In the past 20 years, Kim and her team have trained over 3000 professionals, and coached top executive leaders from companies such as Apple, Microsoft, Netflix, AT&T, PBS and more. Clients report that they become better leaders, communicators and change agents, with an emphasis on transforming the workplace into an empowering space for all.

Kim is the Founder and CEO of People at the Center©, a talent development firm dedicated to amplifying human-centric business practices while increasing revenue. She is also the creator of World Changing Women©, providing transformational development programs for professional women to enhance their personal power, increase their pay and visibility, elevate their careers, and leave their world-changing legacy. She is a PCC - Professional Certified Coach through ICF, Certified Talent Development Expert, Certified Predictive Index Partner, and member of ATD and SHRM.

When she’s not working, you might find Kim hiking, stand-up paddleboarding, watercolor painting or wine tasting in the Texas Hill Country. She currently lives in Austin, Texas with her family and Cosmos the Wondercat.
