Group Inquiries

Ticket Purchases
If you are purchasing multiple tickets (fewer than five), please select the desired quantity at checkout and proceed.

During registration, you will be prompted to enter each attendee’s name and email address. If you do not have this information at the time of purchase, you may select “Assign Later.” After completing your purchase, you may log back in at any time to assign attendees or email our team with the names of those included in your order.

Tables (Parties of 10)
For groups attending in honor of a loved one, colleague, or organization, we offer table purchases that seat up to 10 guests.

To purchase a table, please download and complete the form available under the Handouts tab and submit it to our Event Organizer. Once received, our accounting team will contact you with payment instructions or any additional details.

Registration will be assigned to attendees once payment is received. Please note that payment must be received by TNA within three weeks of the initial invoice request. While payment is pending, your table and attendee seats will be reserved.

Event Policies

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be received no later than two weeks prior to the event. A $50.00 processing fee will be retained from all refunds. Cancellations received with less than two weeks' notice are not eligible for a refund. All refunds will be processed after the event has occurred.

Transferring Registration

Registrations may be transferred to another individual by contacting TNA staff, via phone, email or submitting a support ticket. Please note that if additional fees are due based on the difference in membership status, those fees will need to be paid for prior to the transfer of registration.
